Complete the short anamnesis form below. It takes 4-5 minutes and gives me everything I need before we meet - your history, goals, experience, and any limitations.
I reach out via WhatsApp or Telegram to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We talk through your goals and I answer any questions you have.
We meet at the studio in Monte Estoril. Your first session includes a movement assessment - I observe how your body moves before any structured work begins.
I design a personalised plan for you - the right equipment, the right pace, the right progression. No generic class. Every session builds on the last.

I have spent more than 30 years teaching movement — in Russia, Singapore, the USA, and now Portugal. What I bring to every session is not just technique, but a deep understanding of how bodies work, how they break down, and how they heal.
My background is unusual: I hold a university degree in sport science, a qualification in physical therapy, and I am a certified Stott Pilates instructor trainer — meaning I have trained other instructors across three continents. When you work with me, you work with someone who has seen it all and knows how to adapt to you specifically.

THE EXPERIENCE
No two people move the same way. No two bodies have the same history. I do not teach classes - I work with individuals. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing chronic back pain, or simply want to move better as you get older, your programme is designed specifically for your body and your goals.

All sessions include full access to every piece of studio equipment. Everything is provided — bring only yourself.
One-on-one with Marina. Every detail of the session is built around you — your posture, your pain points, your pace. The fastest way to progress and the most precise form of rehabilitation work.
Two people training together — partner, friend, or spouse — in the same session. Each person still works on their own needs. Maximum 2 people per session.
These are my regular available hours — but the schedule is flexible and can always be adjusted. Just reach out and we will find a time that works for you.
