Settle into your private lakehouse at West Lake Eco Resort. Personal movement assessment with Marina, identifying your specific restrictions, imbalances, and golf-related patterns.
Sept 29
Morning Pilates session focused on spine mobility, hip rotation, and shoulder stability, the three pillars of a powerful swing. Afternoon round at West Cliffs.
Sept 30
Morning group mat Pilates building on your assessment findings. Marina guides the group with individual cues where needed. Afternoon at Praia D'El Rey. Evening restoration session of your choice.
Oct 1
Apply everything you've learned on the course at Royal Óbidos, the Severiano Ballesteros-designed championship layout. Evening Pilates session consolidating your new movement patterns.
Oct 2
Final group mat Pilates session. Marina shares your personal assessment notes — key findings, movement cues, and what to focus on at home. A full personalised programme is available as an optional extra, arranged directly with Marina.
