By accessing or using the website www.goddupilates.com or purchasing any product or service from Goddu Pilates, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goddu Pilates.

Goddu Pilates provides online Pilates and rehabilitation education, including courses, live classes, retreats, and educational resources. Marina Goddu is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor Trainer with over 30 years of professional experience.
03 Products & Services
Goddu Pilates offers the following types of products and services:
- Online courses — pre-recorded video programs for Pilates and rehabilitation, available in English and Russian
- Free resources — complimentary programs and guides available at no cost
- Live classes — real-time online sessions delivered via video conferencing
- Retreats — in-person movement retreats at various locations
- Instructor training — professional mentorship programs for fitness and movement professionals
Course language: Most courses are taught in English. The Mat Pilates Essentials course is taught in Russian. Course language is clearly indicated on each course page before purchase.
04 Course Access & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course via our online learning platform at courses.goddupilates.com. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Select courses
8-Week Lower Back Rehab, 8-Week Shoulder Reboot, and select programs include lifetime access — available as long as Goddu Pilates operates the platform.
Other courses
Some courses provide 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Access duration is clearly stated on each course sales page before purchase.
Free programs
Free courses such as the Desk Athlete Series are available as long as the program remains active on the platform.
Future subscription
Any future subscription products will be available for the duration of your active paid subscription period.
Course content is for personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
05 Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed on the respective course or service pages and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect purchases already completed.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe or equivalent)
- We accept major credit and debit cards
- All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology
- You will receive a payment confirmation by email upon successful purchase
EU Consumer Rights: As a consumer in the EU/Portugal, you are protected by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase with your express consent, which means the 14-day statutory cooling-off period does not apply once delivery has begun — however, we offer our own 7-day refund policy as described below.
06 Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our business.
Days 1–7: Full refund available
If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After 7 days: No refund
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund. You will retain access to the course for the remainder of your access period.
Free programs
Free courses and resources are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.
How to request a refund: Email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on www.goddupilates.com and within our courses — including but not limited to videos, text, images, course materials, methodologies, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Goddu Pilates and Marina Goddu.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share any course content without prior written permission
- Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing
- Personal use of course materials for your own learning is permitted and encouraged
- Instructors who purchase training courses may use learned techniques in their teaching practice, but may not reproduce or resell the original course content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.
08 User Conduct
By using our platform and services, you agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
- Misrepresent yourself or your qualifications in any communication with us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, without refund.
09 Health & Medical Disclaimer
Important: The content provided by Goddu Pilates — including all courses, videos, guides, and communications — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or rehabilitation program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or have recently undergone surgery
- Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical advice
- Results from our programs vary between individuals and are not guaranteed
- Goddu Pilates is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our programs
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goddu Pilates and Marina Goddu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law, including but not limited to:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
- GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019
- Portuguese Consumer Protection Law (Lei n.º 24/96)
- Decree-Law no. 7/2004 on Electronic Commerce in Portugal
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless you are a consumer in another EU member state in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
